The main functions of BURRCHECK are positioning and transmission regarding the hardware of products. A high speed
camera is used to retrieve images and the pre-programmed process parameters are stimulated to determine whether
the products are qualified.
In the beginning, the inner structure of STAGE will receive materials fed through the previous procedure. The materials
are then positioned by a mechanical mechanism for damage testing or finding out missing parts of product edges, as well
as for terminal testing on scratch and the dimensional measurement of the polarizer, etc. in order to test the product
dimensions and determine whether they are qualified. Record the relevant information and transmit it to the corresponding
exits, such as the OK port or NG port for temporary storage, for the information to be double-checked by operators.
